Franchise: Lickety Split Cleaning of Berthoud & Loveland Colorado
Title: Cleaning Professional
Base compensation $22 per hour
Tips: Typically, our cleaners earn a minimum of $50 per week in tips, with potential earnings reaching up to $200 per week for exceptional cleaners who excel in customer service.
Paid time off (PTO): You accrue 2 hours for every 40 hours worked. You can use them to take time off or just cash them out for extra income.
Schedule: Our company is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30pm. If you have days or times you can't work, that is not a problem. We will only schedule cleanings for you on the days and times you are able to work.

First Steps
1) Call us at 720-251-4535 and introduce yourself
2) Come into our HQ so we can get to know each other.
3) Decide if you love what you hear and see. The team, compensation, equipment, aesthetics ect. Our company is geared around our clients and you. We'll make sure you are a good fit for us as well.
4) We'll set up an initial training session at our HQ that takes about 3-4 hours.
5) You will work on a few homes with a team lead.
6) After that you will decide if you prefer to clean on a team or do cleanings solo.
7) We keep it simple, support you all the way. Work should be fun!
